The Venue

Your elegant indoor Wedding & Reception take place in one modern space (The West Wing @ The West Events in Madeira Beach). The 3 hour celebration includes the Wedding and Reception, inclusive of food, an open bar, music, photography, flowers, planning & coordination, parking, and weather backup plan. One stop for all your wedding wishes! It is a “perfect” package for an intimate affair with your closest friends & family. Below you’ll find options to add on to truly customize your event! Examples of add-ons include: extended photography, a DJ or live musician, neon sign, outdoor games, just to name a few. Additional deposits may be required, pending on your selections.

The Food

Award winning catering options are included in our all-inclusive wedding & reception packages. With six different menu options, there’s something for every taste palette! Each menu options include a variety of dishes from charcuterie boards, salads, skewers, sliders, pasta, a taco bar, paella and more. Choose one of the menu options for your group, then customize the selections within that menu. A dessert option is included with every menu. Add-ons are available for an additional fee, should you feel your group needs more quantity or variety. Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated within the given options.

The Bar

Beer and Wine service is included in the Intimate, West Side and Grand Affair packages. Choose your drink selections from the included bar package, then take a peek at our upgrade options to add liquor, craft beers or signature cocktails to your event. Assorted sodas and waters are always complementary.
