Beach Side Affair

Have your Cake & Eat it Too!  Enjoy your Wedding & Mini Reception on the Beach. This bundled event includes our NEW four post dark finished wooden arbor & chandelier, complimentary seating with chair sashes, live musician, rose petals in wedding aisle, flowers for the couple and more...Includes your Mini Reception as well, with tent, table, extended photography, extended live music, wedding cake, utensils and waters for your guests!  Two options to choose from: Beach Side Mini Affair for up to 25 total participants (event is 1.5 hours & $3,950) and Beach Side Grand Affair for 26-50 total participants (event is 2 hours $ $4,950). Total participants means couple + wedding party + guests. All on the Beach! 

Price:  $3,950 (under 25 total participants) or $4,950 (26-50 total participants)
 
Ceremony Components Included:
  • Professional Wedding Officiant to host the ceremony
    • Filing of the Marriage License (weddings)
  • Ceremony Rituals (available with use of our officiant only)
    • Sand Ceremony with Heart of Glass (couples add sand from beach to keepsake glass heart as remembrance of ceremony)-Includes Sand Ceremony Table
    • Blessing Stones (couple receives stones to toss in the ocean as wishes for new beginnings together
  • Photography Package
    • Beach Wedding Photographer for 1.5 hours on beach (under 25 option) or 2 hours (26-50 option)
    • Extended time deal for capturing the cutting of the cake, first dance, and a celebratory toast & spending more time with family and friends.
    • Wedding Photos with Copyright Release via Online Gallery:  view & download all of your high resolution photos, share with friends and family
  • Music
    • Live Musician- choice of  Steel Drummer, Acoustic Guitar, Saxophone or Violinist. Play time is 1.5 hours on beach (under 25 option) or 2 hours (26-50 option)
  • Flowers
    • Complimentary for the Couple Only– Your choice of 1 rose bouquet + 1 rose bout, 2 rose bouquets or 2 rose bouts. Perfect for our bride & groom, bride & bride and groom & groom couples. Choice of one color: red, white, yellow, orange, hot pink,  light pink, or lavender
  • Ceremony Coordinator-provides direction to couple & guests at the start of and throughout ceremony to ensure event flows smoothly
Event Decor Included:
  • 4 Post Dark Chocolate Finished Wooden Arbor with Chandelier
  • Fresh Flower Wedding Aisle- fresh flowers in hanging tubes or jars, designer's choice to match theme
  • Fresh Rose Petal Aisle-your choice in fresh rose color to highlight your wedding aisle
  • Complimentary Seating for guests (your choice of white garden chairs or bamboo chairs)
  • Colorful Chair Sashes to accent guest seating. Your choice in color to match your arbor theme
  • Wedding Sign – Personalized chalkboard sign in the sand at beach entry
Mini Reception Components Included:  
  • Tent 10×10 with Decorations
    • Tent is utilized to cover cake and beverages (protection from birds & sun)
    • Decorations are set to match wedding theme by the design team
  • Tables and Linens
    • Up to two 6 ft rectangular tables under tent for cake and beverages
    • White Linens on tables.
  • Wedding Cake
    • Wedding Cake from local bakery provided
    • Utensils, plates, and napkins provided
    • Bottled Waters for guests
  • Fine Print – Add on's encouraged, however substitutions not permitted. For unused wedding flowers or decor (arbor decor, chairs, table, sign, musician, cake, etc), there will not be a price reduction.   • Package Restrictions- If total participant count changes from time of reservation, you will be charged for the appropriate package tier that your total participant count falls under-either Mini (up to 25 total participants) or Grand (26-50 total participants). We cannot accommodate in excess of 50 total participants with this package, so consult with us on finding the best package to fit your needs.
  • Requires $1,100 Deposit for under 25 total participants OR $1,500 Deposit for 26-50 total participants
  • | Add 7% Sales Tax to Package Price
  • Participant count is strictly managed. $500 fee will be assessed should your participant count exceed 50. If you reserve the Beach Side Mini Affair ($3,950) with a participant count of 25 or less and your guest count moves into the 26-50 range at the time of your event, you'll be charged for the Beach Side Affair Grand option ($4,950)
