This 1.5 hour bundled event includes your choice of a 2 post arbor (dark, white-washed, bamboo or birch),  complimentary seating, fresh flowers on the arbor & for the couple, a live musician, extended photography, and more!  In addition to the wedding, the beachside gathering includes a 2-tier wedding cake from a local bakery,  chilled refreshment station and champagne assist, a decorated table, cups/plates/utensils, all served under a 10 x 10 tent (extra shade!)  and our attentive staff to ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests.

• Elegant 2 post arbor – dark finished, white-washed, bamboo or birch – decorated to fit your style, inclusive of :
  • Fabric– your choice in fabric color, hung curtain or swag style
  • 2 Fresh flower tiebacks on the arbor, Classic Romance style in one color palette. Bonus- fresh flowers are yours to keep!
• Wedding Aisle- choice of one:
  • Lanterns (many styles), or
  • Baby’s breath in rattan baskets, glass jugs or metal pails
• Complimentary Seating for guests – white garden or bamboo chairs.

Photography Package

• Beach Wedding Photographer for 1.5 hours on beach
  • Extended time ideal for cake cutting, first dance, a celebratory toast & spending more time with friends and family
• Wedding Photos with Copyright Release via Online Gallery:  view & download all of your high resolution photos, share with friends and family

Music

• Live Musician– choice of  Steel Drums, Acoustic Guitar, Saxophone or Violin. Play time is 1.5 hours on beach

• Complimentary for the Couple Only– Your choice of 1 bouquet + 1 coordinating boutonniere, 2 bouquets or 2 bouts. Perfect for the lucky couple!  Classic Romance style flowers in one color palette, organically designed to coordinate with the arbor flowers

Professional Wedding Officiant

• Professional Wedding Officiant to host the ceremony
  • Filing of the Marriage License (weddings)

• Provides direction to couple & guests at the start of and throughout ceremony to ensure event flows smoothly

  • Champagne assist station- decorated table with a runner, disposable cups, tin with ice to chill your bottles (we’ll guide you on how many bottles you need to bring to enjoy a toast!)

• Fine Print – Add on items encouraged, however substitutions not permitted. For unused wedding flowers or decor (arbor decor, chairs, musician, cake, etc.), there will not be a price reduction. 
• Package Restrictions– We cannot accommodate in excess of 50 total participants with this package, so consult with us on finding the best package to fit your needs.  Limited to Pass-A-Grille Beach or Madeira Beach only Monday-Friday (weekends excluded).
