Pass-a-Grille Beach was a place they loved for many years, so it was only natural that their engagement should take place on this majestic beach. What Martha thought was a quick trip from Minnesota back to her favorite beach turned out to be full of surprises. During the windiest day last Tuesday, just before sunset, Shawn convinced Martha to stroll on the beach to one of their favorite pubs. As we hid behind the sand dunes, we watched them approach and were witness to such a tender moment. Shawn was on one knee, both were crying and she DID say YES! Truly a surprise proposal, and a magical night they will forever remember. Congratulations Shawn & Martha!
