Ceremony Coordinator-provides direction to the couple & guests at the start of and throughout the ceremony to ensure the event flows smoothly

2 Post arbor – Dark finished, white-washed, birch or bamboo – decorated to fit your style, inclusive of :
Fabric– your choice in fabric color, hung curtain, or swag style

Wedding Cake & Champagne Celebration included:
2 tier wedding cake from local bakery provided
Utensils, plates, and napkins provided
Refreshment station – includes decanter with iced citrus water
Champagne assist station- decorated table with a runner, disposable cups, tin with ice to chill your bottles (we’ll guide you on how many bottles you need to bring to enjoy a toast!)
Displayed on a table with white linen under a 10×10 tent with decorations
Fine Print – Add on items encouraged, however substitutions not permitted. For unused wedding flowers or decor (arbor decor, chairs, musician, cake, etc.), there will not be a price reduction.
Package Restrictions– We cannot accommodate in excess of 50 total participants with this package, so consult with us on finding the best package to fit your needs. Limited to Pass-A-Grille Beach or Madeira Beach only Monday-Friday (weekends excluded).
