Saturday & Sunday Rate

Want a quieter, more romantic wedding experience? Skip Saturday and pick a weekday morning or evening! This has been our advice, as wedding experts, for a decade. But some of you still need a Saturday date, and we are eager to support your wishes. It’s more expensive to host a wedding on a weekend, so we’ve had to impose a $500 fee for Saturday weddings, with one exception: morning start times of 9 AM – 11 AM will be exempt.  Ouch, why the fee?

• Weekend dates are the most wanted for weddings and vacations, so industry standards have set service rates higher to meet the demand
• Our West coast beaches are voted top in the nation, hence visitor counts are record-breaking
• Drive times to & from the beaches or wedding locations are double that of a weekday due to weekend beachgoers
• Beach Parking is impossible for our crews, so we have to head to the beach 4-6 hours ahead of schedule to find parking – equates to paying  increased wages for idle time plus increased parking meter tabs

So if you want that quieter wedding experience AND to save money, pick a weekday, weeknight or Saturday morning time for your wedding. You’ll beat the heat & the beachgoers and benefit from the morning beauty of our gorgeous beaches.

What about Sundays for a wedding? We are closed on Sunday – it’s our one day off per week. Owners will entertain a few exceptions per year, however, if you are a lucky one that we say YES to on a Sunday, the $500 Sunday Fee will be in place, regardless if you are picking a morning, afternoon or evening spot.

Summary 

No added fees for weddings Monday -Friday (anytime) or Saturday mornings before 11 AM. Saturday weddings starting after 11 AM add $500. With an approved Sunday exception to our policy, add $500.
