This Grand Affair Package is a spin-off of our West Side Affair package – Just Grander!  Spend 4 hours celebrating with friends & family.  Up to 1 hour on the beach for the wedding & photos, followed by a 3 hour party inclusive of food, bar, DJ & dancing in a modern indoor | outdoor venue steps from the beach. 

No need to juggle vendors – we’ve picked the best of the best, just one planning team to handle all of your wedding & reception needs.

THE GRAND AFFAIR: WEDDING & RECEPTION PACKAGE (party of 61-75) – starting at $25,000

All-inclusive wedding ceremony & reception package priced for parties of :

46 to 60 –   $22,750 for 2026 Events | $23,750 for 2027 Events ($3500 deposit)

61 to 75 –    $25,000 for 2026 Events | $26,000 for 2027 Events ($3500 deposit)

Party size is inclusive of the couple, wedding party and all guests, combined. No exceptions available to exceed counts

  • Music – recorded music, custom playlist
  • Flowers for the couple – Your choice of 1 bouquet + 1 coordinating boutonniere, 2 bouquets or 2 bouts. Perfect for the lucky couple!  Organic fresh florals created by our designer.  Style and color palette to coordinate with the arbor florals

  • Table Decor – Fresh flower centerpieces created by our designer to coordinate with arbor style & color palette

Pricing above reflects party sizes of 46-60 or 61-75, maximum counts. Monday – Thurs only. Contact us for upgrade options to the Wedding or Reception Components.  4  hour event = Up to 1 Hour on the beach + 3  Hours at reception.  Deposit of $3,500 to reserve.  Additional fees apply – 7% sales tax. No upgrades from other packages within 90 days of event – subject to owner approval.
