This bundled event includes our 2 Post dark finished or white washed wooden arbor, complimentary seating with chair sashes, live musician, rose petals in wedding aisle, flowers for the couple and more…Includes your Mini Reception as well, with tent, table, extended photography, extended live music, wedding cake, light appetizers, utensils and citrus waters for your guests! Up to max 40 total participants (means couple + wedding party + guests), event is 2 hours on the beach. Limited to Pass-A-Grille Beach only in St Pete, Monday-Thursday options.

Ceremony Components Included:

Professional Wedding Officiant to host the ceremony
- Filing of the Marriage License (weddings)
Photography Package
- Beach Wedding Photographer for 2 hours on the beach
- Extended time is ideal for cake cutting, the first dance, a celebratory toast & spending more time with friends and family.
- Wedding Photos with Copyright Release via Online Gallery: view & download all of your high-resolution photos, share with friends and family
Music
- Live Musician– choice of Steel Drums, Acoustic Guitar, Saxophone, or Violin. Play time is 2 hours on the beach
Flowers
- Complimentary for the Couple Only– Your choice of 1 bouquet + 1 coordinating boutonniere, 2 bouquets or 2 bouts. Perfect for the lucky couple! Classic Romance style flowers in one color palette, organically designed to coordinate with the arbor flowers
Ceremony Coordinator-provides direction to the couple & guests at the start of and throughout the ceremony to ensure the event flows smoothly

Event Decor Included:

2 Post Dark Chocolate or White Washed Wooden Arbor – decorated to fit your style, inclusive of :
- Fabric– your choice in fabric color, hung curtain, or swag style
- Fresh flowers on the arbor, choose one option:
  - 2 flower tie-backs, modern/asymmetrical design, flower header with 2 tie-backs OR garland.
  - Flowers are Classic Romance style in one color palette
  - Bonus– fresh flowers are yours to keep!
Wedding Aisle-Choose Lanterns or Designer’s selection of fresh flowers – choice of jars, tubes, or baby’s breath in rattan baskets, glass jugs or metal pails
Fresh Rose Petal Aisle– your choice of fresh rose petals to highlight your wedding aisle
Complimentary Seating for guests (your choice of white garden chairs or bamboo chairs)

Displayed on 2 tables with white linens under a 10×10 tent with decorations
Fine Print – Add on’s encouraged, however, substitutions are not permitted. For unused wedding flowers or decor (arbor decor, chairs, musicians, appetizers, cake, etc), there will not be a price reduction. Package Restrictions– We cannot accommodate in excess of 40 total participants with this package, so consult with us on finding the best package to fit your needs.
